Personal data refers to any data relating to an identifiable person, such as may be provided during a user’s sign-up and subscription activation, and in the use of BMI System’s services.

7D. RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN
In addition, you have the right ‘to be forgotten’ and at any time, you may request us to erase all your personal data by writing to us via email or postal mail mentioned above. You may at any time order a complete data copy, which you may transmit to another controller. Your data will be delivered within 15 working days by BMI System.
8. Security of Personal Data
Your personal data are stored on – and may be transferred to – servers in the European Union. Your personal data are protected against unauthorized access and processing with the help of appropriate technical and organizational measures. BMI System uses reasonable precautions to keep the personal information disclosed to us secure.
9. Personal Data breach notification
In the event that your data is compromised, BMI System will notify competent Supervisory Authority(ies) within 72 hours by e-mail with information about the extent of the breach, affected data, any impact on the Service and BMI System’s action plan for measures to secure the data and limit any possible detrimental effect on the data subjects.
“Personal data breach” means a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed in connection with the provision of the Service.
BMI System will cooperate with you in order to ensure compliance with applicable data protection provisions, e.g. to enable you to effectively guarantee the exercise of data subjects’ rights (right of access, rectification, erasure), to manage incidents including forensic analysis in case of security breach.
11. Your consent
You may at any time lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority regarding BMI System’s collection and processing of your personal data. In France, you can lodge a complaint with the Commission Informatique et Libertés (“CNIL”).
